May so far !

The start of May has been a very busy one for Bill Beaumont Marquees, the bank holiday weekend saw all our marquees rented out. All events turned out to be a great success with the only downside being this rubbish weather! I think it was 2 degrees C on saturday the 5th, but luckily heaters were provided to all events so all were toasty and warm inside are marquees.

We have done our first marquee in the Astley Hall gardens in Chorley which is a great location for a marquee wedding (especially for us because its only 1 mile down the road). A 12 x 18m marquee was provided with our new 3m entrance pagoda marquee, we also put in some Ivory Starlight Linings which along with the purple tinted uplighters gave a great lighting effect inside the marquee. We also put in silver chairs (which is very popular this year) with purple seatpads with standard beige carpet. Here are some pics below

Over the bank holiday we also provided a slightly smaller 9 x 15m marquee for another wedding just just chandelier lighting with white chairs and beige colour carpet -

Sports Relief

Bill was doing his bit for charity on Friday night as he, along with a number of other ex international rugby players performed with JLS signing their sports relief single 'Proud' . The players also performed this song before the England vs Ireland game at Twickenham on the 17th March, for those of you who missed it, here is a bit of a replay !

Summer is almost here !

It has been a busy couple of weeks for Bill Beaumont Marquees, last weekend we were delighted to provide a marquee for the White Church wedding show in Lytham St Annes. The fayre I have been told was a great success helped by temperatures of up to 20 degrees. The below image is showing our 8 x 5m party tent in front of the church.

The previous weekend we were in the Ribble Valley providing a marquee for a charity evening in Brockhalll Village. The images below show our 6 x 12m clearspan marquee with linings in the beer garden of the local pub.

Colour Schemes

Marquees are brilliant venues for weddings because we see them as a blank canvas when it comes to different colour schemes or styles. Here at Bill Beaumont Marquees we can help you choose nearly any colour choice that you want for your event.
Our standard linings that we provide are pleated in a mid ivory colour, or we can also provide linings in pleated white or flat white.

Mid Ivory Roof/Wall Linings with Ivory Swags

The swags for the Linings are the parts in between the wall linings and the roof sections. We can provide these in a wide variety of colours like the examples below.

 Black & Blue Colour swags

Along with the swags we can provide overlays in the same colour that can add more colour to the roof of the linings.
Sky Blue Overlays

Finally to make your colour scheme complete we can provide you with another varied choice in carpet colour to match with the rest of the marquee.

Marquee CAD Drawings

Hello,

After my recent visit to the showman show ( national outdoor events show) we have decided to invest in the Event CAD software. This CAD ( Computer Aided Design to save you looking it up like I had to ! ) can provide both 2D and 3D plans of what your marquee would look like before your event. This is a great tool to help with forward planning for your event as you can decide where the tables, bar, dancefloor, toilets etc, are weeks before we actually erect the marquee. The software has prety much all furniture that can be hired and all different colour schemes so you can see what looks good well in advance. After a full day of trying to figure out how it works I am very pleased to be able to show you these examples of what this software can do:

2D layout - 120 guests in a 9 x 24m marquee

3D of same marquee

Black & White interior.
Bill Beaumont Marquees will be happy to provide a basic CAD drawing with any quotes that are requested. If you are looking for a marquee in the Lancashire area then please contact us at info@billbeaumontmarquees.co.uk or 01257 263065

At Bill Beaumont Marquees we can cater for any event big or small. Alongside our smaller party marquees our framed marquees are perfect for weddings or any other large scale event. Framed marquees or ‘clearspan’ are self standing structures with no need for ropes or centre poles allowing for more space inside the marquee. We have 3 different sizes of framed marquees, 6m, 9m and 12m. Each section of these marquees is built in 3m bays so the sizes we can provide are:

With differant guttering systems these marquees can be joined together so make an extra entrance area, bar area or a catering annex.

Also the above shows a general size guide that we use to determine the size of your event, this is just a general guide because the eventual size will depend on what accessories you decide to have in the marquee such as a dancefloor.

If you have any questions on our marquees then please dont hesitate on contacting us on info@billbeaumontmarquees.co.uk

All the above marquees are available with Cream Linings, coconut matting flooring or carpet laid on floorboards, lighting, dancefloor, heating and can be filled with a choice of furniture. Pagoda Marquee
Part of our fantastic range of marquees is the 10m Hexagon Pagoda marquee. This hexagon marquee fits into a 10x10m square and is a brilliant piece of kit, it will seat approx 60 people around tables and accommodate up to 90 standing. The marquee has the one zip door as an entrance or if the weather is good then all the wall panels can be taken off so the marquee is open. The manufacturer of this marquee does not make linings to go with the marquee so full linings are not available, however we are currently in the process of constructing our very own custom made Linings so watch this space!

Frame Marquees
After last month’s showman show exhibition we have recently purchased a new 6m wide frame range so we can now offer a framed marquee 6x6m, 6x9m and 6 x 12m which can be perfect for a small/ medium sized event. The 6m marquee does offer more options when it comes to the interior of the marquee. Linings can be either standard ivory colour or white, we can also offer a choice of colour Swags that can fit in with any colour scheme you are planning for your event.

If you have any questions or are interested in hiring one of the above marquees in the Lancashire/North West area then please feel free in contacting me at:
